BEQUESTS

Why should I leave a Bequest to Tom Bass Sculpture Studio School?

TBSSS has been at the forefront of the teaching of sculpture in Australia for more than 50 years, we want to continue this for at least another 50 years!

Your Bequest to Tom Bass Sculpture Studio School (TBSSS) would help secure the future of this unique Sculpture School.

How do I leave a Bequest?

A Bequest is a very personal issue, and we recommend involving your family in your decision. You should also seek legal advice.

Once you’ve decided to leave a bequest to the TBSSS, you can either include it when you draw up your Will or add it as a codicil to your existing will.

An unrestricted Bequest is always the most helpful, however if you are considering restricting your Bequest to a particular area we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your plans before you commit them to a Will to ensure we can meet your wishes.

Please contact the Manager at TBSSS who will be able to assist you with further information. Email manager@tbsss.org.au

Do I need to advise TBSSS of my intended Bequest?

There is no legal requirement to inform us when you formalise a Bequest to TBSSS in your will; however we would greatly appreciate it if you do inform us.  This allows us to thank you and it helps us plan and gain an understanding of the funds we will have to invest in our future programs.

Please note that any conversation you have with us is entirely confidential and any recognition of your gift is at your discretion.

What is the minimum Bequest amount?

For TBSSS no contribution is too small.
