As a non-for-profit organisation we rely on the support of passionate individuals to keep our unique Studio running. By supporting the Studio and the work we do, you are helping to keep alive the traditions of sculpture and education.
The Tom Bass Sculpture Studio School accepts donations for which tax deductible receipts may be issued. Donated funds may be allocated to various purposes including;
- Scholarships for disadvantaged
- Scholarships for young and emerging sculptors
- Emerging Sculptor Program
- Maintaining the upkeep of the Studio
- Promoting Sculpture and Education
An example of the impact of donating is:
$5,000 – Cataloguing of the 60 years of materials about Tom Bass held by the School.
$2,000 – Materials and tools required by the Emerging Sculptor program for 1 year.
$1,000 – A scholarship for a young emerging artist to attend 1 term of the Life Study.
$500 – A scholarship for a disadvantaged student to attend 1 term of a Workshop.
$200 – New books for the Sculpture Library.
$50 – A new set of chisels or files for the Studio.
All donations above $2 are tax deductible.
Payment of donations may be made via the GiveNow website by clicking here, or by cheque in the mail (made out to the Tom Bass Sculpture Studio School), credit card over the phone by calling 02 9565 2851, or in cash at the Studio. Any donation, big or small counts, and we thank you for your generosity.
Volunteer your time and expertise
Tom Bass Sculpture Studio School is also open to non-monetary donations. You may like to donate your time or expertise to our organisation; we’d love to hear from you!
