You may have noticed the colourful decorations in the Studio’s tea area recently? This is to get people excited about the upcoming Annual Studio Exhibition!
The 2016 Annual Studio Exhibition will showcase students and teachers work completed in the studio within the past year. ALL students, including our introductory and new students are invited to exhibit their work. This year we’re also going to be offering a few prizes. More news soon, but in the meantime, don’t forget to save Sunday 25 September for the exhibition opening!
If you take a close look at the decorations – you’ll notice handmade stars, which were made by teacher Wendy Black. Not only do they look lovely, but, after the Annual Studio Exhibition, these stars will become part of the One Millions Stars to End Violence Project, Weaving Communities of Courage to End Violence by Maryann Talia Pau.
