Congratulations Christine!

Christine Crimmins, one of our teachers at TBSSS, was awarded Highly Commended for her limestone sculptural work Sential, at the Crookwell Art Gallery held last month.  The work was on show at exhibition Art on the Range which included the show and sale of contemporary and traditional artwork, including sculpture and photography.

Art on the Range is featured every two years by the Crookwell Art Gallery.  The show attracts artists and visitors from around the Southern Tablelands, South Coast and regional NSW areas.  This year, the show was opened by Mr Bradley Hammond, director of the Orange Regional Art Gallery.  Mr Hammond was appointed director in 2016 and has worked as the collections manager at the gallery since 2011.  Prior to that, he was education and public programs officer at the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery.
